Darcie Tuck

I studied at Hartpury University in Gloucester for four years before moving to Abingdon Oxfordshire, where I worked at a small animal practice for a couple of years before joining Newton Clarke Vets.

I enjoy all aspects of veterinary nursing, however if I had to pick, I am most interested in nurse clinics, wound care and theatre work. In the near future I would like to develop my learning with a certificate in animal behaviour.

I grew up in Yeovil and recently moved back to be closer to my family. At the weekends, I like nothing better than a good family walk and pub lunch with my partner and little girl. I don’t actually have any pets at the moment, unusual for a Veterinary Nurse I know! But I’m always keeping an eye out.
